We’ve dedicated an entire course to helping you foster creative confidence in the workplace! To earn your Innovation Badge, you will identify a workplace challenge, conduct human-centred research, generate ideas, prototype solutions and gather feedback from experts. A badge is just icing on the cake.

Teamwork is about developing and sustaining cooperative working relationships. It’s about commitment, team spirit, pride and trust. To earn this Teamwork Badge, you will complete exercises and activities that develop individual strengths and support thriving teams in a healthy workplace.

You can earn your Vision Badge with activities such as creating a ‘Value Proposition’, ‘Cover Story’, ‘5 Bold Steps’, ‘15% Solutions’…and more! The final badge-earning activity related to this competency is what we call ‘Socializing an Idea’. Because visions need to get out there and rub shoulders with real stakeholders!

This competency is about the ability to achieve results on time and within budget! It’s about translating ideas into concrete actions and problem-solving as you go! Luckily, today’s business leaders have created some excellent tools, such as the Business Model Canvas, to help you earn your badge.

This is the ability to identify, support and shape your organization’s culture to promote the achievement of its goals. One of the main steps to achieving this badge is to create and share an organizational narrative that includes its history, mission and vision.

This competency is demonstrated in the ability to recruit, develop and retain a diverse, high-quality workforce. It involves coaching, mentoring, rewarding and guiding employees. To earn this badge, you will complete exercises such as a performance evaluation and a succession plan.
